Turnaround & Fees
- Between 3 – 6 weeks turnaround
- Personal Documents: £20
- Commercial Documents: £150
Additional Information
- All sections of each document including the Apostille needs to be translated into Portuguese, in the following order: all English pages first followed by all Portuguese pages in the same order as the English (including the Apostille), followed by the Translator’s certificate
- Company Powers of Attorney require the following supporting documents: Certificate of Incorporation, Board Resolution and a Covering Letter for the Embassy outlining the purpose of the legalisation
- Multiple page documents require ribboning
- Please provide a photocopy of each document required for the Embassy’s records
- If any pages within your document are blank, a line needs to be drawn thorough with a note mentioning that they have been intentionally left blank
